Cabin Rental Rules and Regulations We are so happy you chose our cabin for your trip. This cabin was originally our home, we put a lot of effort into making this into a “our happy place” as we fell in love with the serenity and location here. Recently, we were fortunate enough to have found another place on Hayden Heights to call home and hope you’ll make the most of this lovely cabin and its amenities – to go ahh, recharge as well as visit the surrounding area and all it has to offer. Before you settle in, we would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these cabin rules at the beginning of your stay. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible and/or avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit. If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have a question or need anything. We are the owners/operators, Bobby & Michelle Middleton. If anything in our Cabin Rules is unclear, please contact us! The speed limit is 25mph (this is crucial as some of the full-time neighbors have been known to follow offenders and offer their critiques).
